KITCHEN :Fully equipped, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, a special tap giving filtered drinking water, plenty of storage space and an automatic washing machine which is situated outside on the patio area.Door leading to outside area.

OUTSIDE AREA: Really pretty private south facing walled patio garden area with a small orange tree an olive tree and cactus. Awnings can be wound out to keep out the sun if desired. Part of this area is decked .There is a garden table and four chairs, parasol, 2 sun loungers and 4 other garden fold up chairs for your use. There is a storage box which houses cushions etc. At one end of the patio is a retractable washing line. Outside light.

BEDROOM 1: 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, bedroom wicker chair, large built in wardrobe inside which is a safe, air conditioning and patio doors which lead out into the garden area and en-suite bathroom, with full size bath and shower over it, bidet, WC, handbasin, bathroom storage cabinet, shaver point.

BEDROOM 2: Double bed , bedside cabinets, large built in wardrobe, wicker bedroom chair, air conditioning.

SHOWER ROOM :Walk in shower cubicle, WC, hand basin and storage cupboard, shaver light.

NB: ALL THE WINDOWS ARE FITTED WITH MOSQUITO/FLY SCREENS AND ALL THE WINDOWS, PATIO DOORS AND BACK DOOR ARE FITTED WITH SHUTTERS. FOR EXTRA SECURITY THERE ARE ALSO GRILLS FITTED.

The air conditioning system can also be used for heating providing hot air on chilly nights in conjunction with two freestanding convector heaters.

COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOLS: Outside the front door there are 2 swimming pools for your use, one large one with depths ranging from 1.20 metres to 1.75 metres and a small round childrens pool which is 0.40 metre deep. There are showers and a toilet. The pool area is fenced off for safety.

The complex has an underground car park with a clearly marked space provided for sole use of the apartment.

In the apartment for your use is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron and if needed a hoover. Bedlinen and towels for use in the apartment are supplied. Large coloured beach towels are also provided for use round the pool or at the beach.
