Rates for the Apartment Weekly. From £200 to £250 Nightly. From £29 to £35 You may need time to agree details with other party members. To enable you to do so we will normally hold your chosen dates as an option for three days after which it will automatically be cancelled, unless you have confirmed the booking to us. When booking we ask for a £/€50, non-refundable deposit. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to departure. The price of your holiday is fixed at the point of booking and will not be subject to surcharge. If you wish to change dates of travel we will try to accommodate your request, however if we cannot meet your request then cancellation charges will apply. Please note that we do not issue reminders for this balance and that the confirmation letter, which you receive after paying your deposit, also, serves as your final invoice. If booking within eight weeks of departure we will require the full amount of the holiday cost. You will be required to pay a deposit of £/€50 against damages/losses during your stay, which will be returned to you following inventory check. Cancellation Charges If you cancel your holiday after booking the following charges will apply. Two months or more prior to date of holiday – Deposit only Less than two months but more than one month from date of holiday – 50% of total holiday cost Less than one month from date of holiday – 100% of total holiday cost Passports British passports are required to be valid during the duration of the visit. A letter of consent is recommended if the child (holding a valid passport) is not travelling with the parents (mother or the father if he has parental responsibility) or guardian. If the child is travelling alone please consult with the airline. Children included in the parent's passport (only allowed before 5th Oct 1998) must be accompanied by the parent. The child’s right to travel on the passport will lapse depending on the age stipulated by the issuing country currently age 16 for the UK (see passport for details). British
